Prohibited use
You may not use Koldflux for: unlawful material or purposes; content you do not have the rights or permissions to process; unauthorized impersonation or deceptive deepfakes of a real person; fraud or deceptive commercial practices; malware or attempts to compromise Koldflux or connected accounts; spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; purchased or fabricated engagement, follower/view manipulation, or other platform manipulation; abuse of other users, staff, or connected platforms; child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of a minor in any form; and infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights. Koldflux does not offer follower, like, or view selling, scraping of third-party platforms, or outreach-spam automation, and will not knowingly build these on request. Violations may lead to content removal, feature restriction, or account suspension.
Content rights & copyright
You represent that you have sufficient rights or permission to upload and process any source material you provide, and that using it in Koldflux and in your resulting export does not infringe someone else’s rights. Koldflux does not grant you rights to third-party copyrighted material, and does not review uploads for ownership before processing. If you believe material processed or hosted through Koldflux infringes your rights, email the support address on this page with the material’s location, your rights in it, and your contact details; we will review and respond.
AI & responsible use
Koldflux processes source content you provide (recordings, notes, images) using third-party AI providers to produce drafts, captions, reframed video, and similar outputs - see Privacy for the current provider list. AI-assisted output can be inaccurate, mis-transcribe, or misjudge tone; review every draft before you approve, export, or publish it. Koldflux does not guarantee views, followers, engagement, revenue, or any other outcome from using its output. Koldflux does not authorize using its output to impersonate a real person without their permission or to create deceptive deepfakes, and does not implement a model-training pipeline on your material. You remain responsible for what you ultimately publish.
Reporting a problem
To report suspected misuse of Koldflux, a rights complaint, or a safety concern, email the support address on this page with as much detail as you can (account or content URL if known, what you observed, and why it concerns you). This policy is enforced by support and account review, not by fully automated detection - Koldflux does not claim to catch every violation before it is reported.
