What we process

Your name, email, account session, subscription identifiers, uploaded files, transcripts, creative preferences, projects and operational history. Connecting a channel adds its profile, publication status and the metrics or comments you choose to retrieve. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide your requested studio functions, authenticate access, deliver approved content, account for usage, handle support and meet applicable obligations. Optional completion email follows your preference. The owner must document the appropriate legal basis for each operation before public launch.

Service providers

The configured service uses OpenRouter and its selected model provider for text, Groq for transcription, fal and the selected model provider for generated media, Outstand for channel access, Cloudflare R2 for private files, Resend for email, and Dodo Payments for checkout and subscription management. Inputs are sent only when the corresponding operation is requested or enabled in your automation rules. Provider terms and retention differ.

Private files and publication

Your workspace restricts access to your files. Approved publication creates a time-limited media link that the social provider can retrieve. Content published to a social network is also governed by that network. We do not sell your material or implement a model-training pipeline using it. This statement does not replace individual provider terms.

Retention and deletion

Workspace material is retained while your account remains open, subject to your storage allowance. Individual source files can be removed when no project or active publication requires them. Account deletion starts with a 24-hour recovery window. The enabled cleanup worker then removes workspace data, private media and channel access. Unresolved publications and subscription obligations must be resolved first; contact support if you need help.

Backups and financial records

The supplied server configuration retains local database backups for 14 days. Offsite copies and provider retention depend on the owner deployment and must be disclosed before launch. Historical backups expire through their retention cycle rather than being edited in place. Payment webhook records are retained separately where required for billing, disputes or applicable accounting obligations; the operator must publish its exact retention schedule.

Your choices and rights

Settings provides a JSON account export, optional email preferences and an account deletion request. Files can be downloaded in Library. Contact the operator to request access, correction, restriction, objection or erasure as applicable, and to ask about processing or transfers. You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including Estonia’s Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.

International processing

Selected providers may process data outside the EEA. The operator must complete processor agreements, location and transfer safeguards before accepting customer material. The final list of entities, locations and safeguards belongs in the public processor register.

Cookies

Essential authentication and connection cookies keep you signed in and protect account linking. The application does not install advertising cookies or an advertising analytics SDK.
