Something look wrong?
If a page, export, or tool is not working as expected, check service status first - it reflects the actual current state of the platform, not a marketing claim of uptime. If status looks fine and something is still off, email support@koldflux.com with the page URL and what you expected to happen.
Corrections
If a free-tool reference value (a platform spec, a calculator result) is wrong or out of date, that is also worth emailing about - see how that reference data is reviewed.
