Rows derive from src/lib/file-doctor/constraints.ts (Wave 0/Task 7) augmented with caption-support classification, audio-codec row, safe-zone overlap, and a categorical ACCEPT / PARTIAL / REJECT / UNKNOWN verdict derived from the source notes and constraint shape.
