Video plays choppy after upload - causes and fixes
Choppy playback usually comes from a source FPS that the destination does not support, dropped frames after heavy compression, or a destination that re-encodes to a lower FPS. Match the source FPS to the destination's accepted range; avoid fractional rates when the destination lists integer rates.
