Snapchat Spotlight video codec and container support

Snapchat's current web-uploader help page explains how to submit a video to Spotlight but does not publish a codec, file-container, size, resolution or frame-rate list in the captured text. The older support URL returned a not-found page. Therefore this page does not claim that Spotlight accepts HEVC or AV1; it records the documentation gap and points to file inspection.
