Instagram Reels how-to
How to add captions to Instagram Reels (auto captions sticker)
Short answer
Before you share, tap Stickers and choose Captions: Instagram transcribes the speech and places editable captions on the Reel. For closed captions viewers can turn on and off, open a posted Reel, tap Options > Manage > Edit > Advanced settings and switch on Enable closed captions. Instagram notes captions may not be available to everyone.
