Facebook Feed video codec and container support

For Facebook Page publishing through Meta's Resumable Upload API, the official guide lists video/mp4 as the valid video MIME type but does not state a video codec. Facebook Feed ads are a separate surface: the Ads Guide lists MP4, MOV or GIF, H.264 compression, stereo AAC at 128 kbps or higher, 1 second to 241 minutes and 4 GB maximum. Do not apply the ad limits to organic posts.
