Instagram Reels video codec and container support

The Instagram professional-account Content Publishing guide we read on 2026-10-08 explains VIDEO and REELS media containers and resumable uploads, but it does not publish a video codec or file-container list in the captured page. Do not infer H.264, HEVC or AV1 acceptance from the word container in the API. Use a documented export only when a separate Instagram endpoint reference states its media requirements.

Safe default export: MP4, H264 video, AAC audio at 6,000 kbps. Open the Instagram Reels export preset.
