Apple's QuickTime container - the default export from iPhone camera rolls and Final Cut Pro
Current MOV support for Facebook video uploads has not been reverified.
Meta announced a unified video/Reels publishing flow; that announcement does not define supported file containers. The current container help page could not be checked in this review. Check a copy of your MOV in the current composer. If it fails, an H.264 MP4 export is a fallback to test.

How do I check whether my MOV file will upload cleanly to Facebook Reels?
Open the Koldflux File Doctor, drop in the file, and pick Facebook Reels. It reads the container, codec, resolution, duration and file size locally and reports pass / warn / fail against the documented Facebook Reels constraints.
