- Quality problems
Output looks worse than the source or than the creator expects (blur, softness, banding, washed-out colors).
- Upload problems
The file cannot be delivered to the destination (rejected, fails to start, stuck, network errors).
- Audio problems
No sound, muted by platform, clipping, too quiet, missing audio stream, music detection.
- Crop problems
Output is cropped unintentionally or essential subject/UI is cut off by the player.
- Aspect problems
Wrong shape; black bars; doesn't fill the screen.
- Safe-zone problems
Text, face, or call-to-action is covered by the platform's interface overlay.
- Caption problems
Burned-in captions: cut off, too small, hidden behind UI, overflowing safe zone.
- Subtitle problems
Uploaded SRT/VTT subtitles: drift, wrong language, not appearing, invalid format.
- Format problems
Container / extension rejected by the destination.
- Codec problems
Container accepted but inner codec rejected; decoder mismatch; editing codec in a web container.
- Size problems
File exceeds destination size limit.
- Duration problems
Length exceeds destination duration limit; clip too long or too short for Shorts.
- FPS problems
Framerate mismatch; choppiness; dropped frames after upload.
- Color problems
Colors look wrong (washed out, oversaturated, banding, wrong white balance).
- HDR problems
HDR footage is washed out, clipped, or rejected on a non-HDR destination.
- Thumbnail / cover problems
Cover image / thumbnail rejected, wrong shape, wrong size, low resolution.
- Orientation problems
Video is mirrored, upside-down, sideways, or has wrong rotation metadata.
- Processing failures
Platform fails to finish processing the upload (stuck at 0%, encoding failed).
- Compliance problems
Content flagged for AI disclosure, music rights, or policy reasons.
