Apple's QuickTime container - the default export from iPhone camera rolls and Final Cut Pro
Yes - TikTok documents MOV uploads through its Content Posting API.
MOV is listed alongside MP4 and WebM. The guide also specifies supported codecs, frame rates and dimensions: a MOV extension alone does not guarantee that every codec inside it will process. Native app and web upload behavior should be checked in the composer.

How do I check whether my MOV file will upload cleanly to TikTok?
Open the Koldflux File Doctor, drop in the file, and pick TikTok. It reads the container, codec, resolution, duration and file size locally and reports pass / warn / fail against the documented TikTok constraints.
