Is there a Nastaliq font here?
No. The library has no Nastaliq family yet, and this page says so rather than listing a font that would not look like traditional Urdu. Every family listed does draw all Urdu letters.
Can I use these fonts commercially?
Yes. Every family here is under the SIL Open Font License or the Apache License 2.0, which allow use in videos, thumbnails, logos, print and products, paid or free. What they do not allow is selling the font files on their own. The license file downloads with each family.
How is this list chosen?
